The show Pin Up at the Stratosphere is by far my favorite show to see while I'm in Vegas.
I can't even watch the same movie twice, yet I have already gone back to see Pin Up three times over the course of this year.
I love anything 50s, pinup, and vintage. This show is oozing with it.
The format of the show is fun, mimicking a 12 month calendar - each act being a different "month" on the calendar. I love all the variety in the show.
It features six great "show girl" dancers, a phenomenal live singer, one enthusiastic male dancer, and a live six piece band
They must've searched high and low to recruit Las Vegas's best performers - it seems they have the true cream of the crop all on one stage.
Playmate of the year 2011 Claire Sinclair hosts the show. She has a body reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe and other sexy pinup models of the past.
Claire hosts with a comedically entertaining undertone and also dances in about half the numbers in the show. My favorite act is her fun throwback striptease.
The theater is not huge, so any seat in the house is a great seat. The drinks from the bar are tasty, and come in awesome souvenir Pinup glasses that are really cute.
If you have to see only one show in Vegas, it has to be this one. Whether you're looking for singing, dancing, a live band, magic tricks or burlesque - this show literally has all of that. A little something for everyone.
Running an hour and a half long, you definitely get your money's worth. I recommend it to all :)
